Create a booking request

Request a DJ. Needs bookings:write. Send an Idempotency-Key header (required). The body is the input as JSON; where it takes expected_updated_at, send the updated_at you read and a stale edit is 412. A dry run: with dry_run=true the same body gets this call's checks, and nothing is created or sent (no Idempotency-Key needed). It answers 200 with what it would be and its warnings, or the error the real call would answer for the same reason. The note is not screened by a dry run: it gets a warning that it is screened when the request is sent, which may still refuse it.

true: a dry run (check a dj request without sending it, MCP tool preview_booking_request): the same body and its checks, nothing created or sent, no Idempotency-Key needed; answered 200. false or left out: done for real. Any other value, the parameter sent twice, or a name spelled another way (dryRun, DRY_RUN, dry-run, dry.run, dry_run[]: only letters and digits count) is 422 and nothing is sent, as is any query parameter this request does not take.

Safe retries: the same key with the same body answers the first result for 24 hours without doing it again; the same key with another body is 409. Not needed with dry_run=true.
