Upload a file

Upload a file (up to 100 MB in one request). Needs one of profile:write, content:write, inbox:write, bookings:write: the one of the file's family (profile: user_avatar, user_cover; content: post_media, mix_audio, mix_cover, live_event_cover, live_event_flyer; inbox: message_attachment, message_voice; bookings: proposal_document). A connected app never uploads proposal_signature or proposal_pdf: signing is done on DJfindr. Send an Idempotency-Key header (required). The body is the file itself, streamed as it arrives; the rest of the input is the query.

The file itself, as it is (not a form). The bytes decide its type; send its exact length as Content-Length.

The body's exact length in bytes (fills size): at most 100 MB, and the scope's own cap.

Safe retries: with a key, send the bytes' SHA-256 as sha256 (64 hex characters; 422 on sha256 without it, or when the bytes received differ, and nothing is stored). The same key with the same query and Content-Length answers the first result for 24 hours without storing again; the same key with other bytes (another sha256) is 409.
